Registering for My TLO

To use bill list, alert list, and saved search features in My TLO, you must register. Registering for this service is free.  After registering, you can log into My TLO to access these features.  You can also delete or change the e-mail address of a registered account.

Registering for My TLO

  1. Click the Login button in the upper right corner of the window.  The MyTLO Login page displays.

  2. Click the New User link.  The Register for Account page displays.

  3. In the E-mail Address field, enter the e-mail address you want to use.

  4. Enter a security question and an answer.

NOTE:  If you reset your password, you will be required to provide the answer that you enter for the question you choose.  Use only letters and numbers in the answer field.  This field is not case sensitive (e.g., the answer 'Mike's Restaurant' and 'mikes restaurant' are considered the same).

  1. In the Password field, enter your password.

  2. In the Re-type Password field, enter the same password you entered in the Password field.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. An e-mail will be sent to the address you entered.  Follow the instructions in the e-mail to activate your account.

 

Logging Into My TLO

  1. Click the Login button in the upper right corner of the window.  The MyTLO Login page displays.

  2. Enter your e-mail address in the E-mail Address field.

  3. Enter your password in the Password field.

  4. Click Submit.

TIP:  Click the Remember Me check box to automatically be logged in the next time you access TLO on that computer.

 

Deleting An Account

  1. Click the Login button in the upper right corner of the window.  The My TLO Login page displays.

  2. In the Login area, click the Delete Account link.  The My TLO Account Maintenance screen displays.

  3. Enter your e-mail address in the E-mail Address field.

  4. Enter your password in the Password field.

  5. Click Submit.

IMPORTANT:  Deleting your account deletes all saved searches, alerts, and bill lists.

 

Changing Your E-mail Address

  1. Click the Login button in the upper right corner of the window.  The My TLO Login page displays.

  2. In the Login area, click the Change E-mail Address link.  The My TLO Account Maintenance screen displays.

  3. In the Change Your E-mail Address area, enter the required information in the corresponding fields.

  1. Click Submit to submit your changes.  Click Reset to clear the fields.

NOTE:  If you change your e-mail address, all saved alerts will be sent to the new e-mail address.
