Statutes are most easily accessed online via the Texas Constitution and Statutes website, which is maintained by the Texas Legislative Council and is regularly updated and corrected.

Bills can be accessed electronically in the following ways:

• via the online legislative resources Texas Legislative Information System (TLIS) or Capweb, and
• via the public resource Texas Legislature Online (TLO).

Bills are distributed in print, electronically, or in both formats to members of the legislature at certain stages of the legislative process.
