     REVISOR'S NOTE, SUBCHAPTER A, CHAPTER 885 (OMITTING ART. 3.38)

     CONFORMING AMENDMENT. Subchapter A, Chapter 32, Insurance Code, is amended by adding Sections 32.0015 and 32.004 to read as follows:

     CONFORMING AMENDMENT. Chapter 85, Insurance Code, is amended by adding Section 85.002 to read as follows:

     CONFORMING AMENDMENT. Sections 542.103(a) and 542.104, Insurance Code, are amended and Section 542.105 added to read as follows:

     CONFORMING AMENDMENT. Subchapter C, Chapter 1579, Insurance Code, is amended by adding Sections 1579.106, 1579.107, and 1579.108 to read as follows:

     CONFORMING AMENDMENT. Subchapter A, Chapter 2051, Insurance Code, is amended by adding Section 2051.003 to read as follows:

     CONFORMING AMENDMENT. Subchapter A, Chapter 32, Insurance Code, is amended by adding Sections 32.0015 and 32.004 to read as follows:

    CONFORMING AMENDMENT. Chapter 722, Transportation Code, is amended by adding Section 722.015 to read as follows:
