As part of its continuing statutory revision program, the council has engaged in a nonsubstantive revision of Subtitle I, Title 4, Government Code, which governs the Health and Human Services Commission and the provision of health and human services by the commission and other health and human services agencies.
The council has prepared preliminary drafts of proposed code chapters for the nonsubstantive revision of Subtitle I, Title 4, Government Code, to be included in a bill for consideration by the 88th Legislature.
